Koole TTLR2

The work consisted mainly of:

All civil and piping & mechanical works for the new truck loading station 2 which will replace the existing loading station.

TTLR2 consisted of 10 loading stations and is capable of handling the following products:

• Gasoline euro 95 (E10);
• Gasoline euro 98;
• Diesel (B7)
• GTL

Activities:

Civil:

• Groundworks and drainage;
• Sewer works (HDPE ø 160 mm – ø 500 mm approximately 700m1);
• Piling (157 Fundex piles);
• Construction of a foundation for the truck loading facility;
• Construction of foundations for additive tanks (approximately 30.60*13.70m);
• Realization of a waste water basin (app. 16.50*9.50*2.60m);
• Several foundations for pipe bridge;
• Construction of a foundation for the substation (app. 15.00*6.00m)
• Construction of the foundation for a firefighting container (app. 10.00 * 4.00m).

• Placing of 12 additive tanks;
• Placing of pumps;
• Installation of loading skids at the truck loading stations;
• All piping works (prefab and on site);
• Hydro testing and NDT testing;
• Painting works;
• Scaffolding;
• Isolation and tracing.
