Replacement of the RTO Installation, blower B-411 and CO2 piping project

The activities mainly consist on:

Multi-disciplinairy works - Civil + Mechanical/Piping + E&I

During 1st shutdown 

• Prefabrication of concrete slabs
• Installation of concrete foundations
• Supply and installation of pipe racks and pipe supports

During 2nd shut down period

• Removal of existing SS piping, 48 inch
• Replacement of existing SS piping, 48 inch
• Installation of prefab concrete elements
• Replacement of 2 existing RTO/ Blower units
• Prefabrication piping works, diameter 1800 mm
• Installations of SS piping works (spools)

E&I

• Installation instrumentation 
• Earthing works
• Installation cable trays
• Installation lighting
